Ken was born in Long Beach and raised in Cypress, California, where he developed an early passion for real estate by helping his investor parents maintain and manage rental properties. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC San Diego, began selling his family’s homes, and later expanded his expertise into home loans, giving him well-rounded experience across the real estate industry. Kenny also holds a Master’s in Education from National University, which helps him clearly guide clients through buying, selling, and financing with confidence. He lives in Huntington Harbour with his wife, Caroline, and their high school–aged child, is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and proudly serves Southern California’s diverse communities.
